Yes, we do offer a free trial up to 25 to 50 images so that you can judge our service quality before taking your final decision.
Our Color Correction service ensures that your images are balanced for color, exposure, and tonality. We individually adjust images within the basic panel after establishing a preset for your “Brand” and editing style. If you would like to include adjustment settings outside of the basic panel, we are happy to adjust your preset on file at any time.
If you have a preset that you would like us to use as a starting point that includes custom develop settings like contrast, white point, presence, tone curve, HSL, split toning, sharpening, noise reduction, lens correction, vignettes , camera profiles, etc., you can pre-apply it to all images before submitting your order.
After applying your custom preset, we focus in the basic panel to adjust images individually. Ultimately, making individualized adjustments outside the basic panel are final touches always best left in your hands.
There is no limit; you can submit as many photos as you want.
We accept images of any file types and sizes (TIF, JPEG, PNG, RAW etc.).
Yes! We keep all images secure as we understand their value to our clients. We take care of the privacy of our clients’ orders. Occasionally, we use images for our website portfolio, but only after obtaining permission from the respective clients.
Typically, you can expect your order returned in 3 to 4 business days or less. If you are in need of a quicker turn around, you can add a rush to your order.
We are currently accepting the latest version of Lightroom Classic.
We deliver the images to you via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.
We accept payments via PayPal. Our pay period is after the end of the project. For our regular clients, we offer monthly and weekly payment options after discussion.
